RCA - Reports

Hi,

My business team is using RCA for their reports which has a filter option "Marketing Influenced" under "Opportunity Attributes". They are not aware how is that connected to salesforce oppt? May I know how these fields are available in RCA/ are they created as custom fields. And how can I relate them back to salesforce tables?
