Does anyone know if it is possible to create an RCA report that shows, per marketing campaign, how many leads/contacts from the campaign were Sales Assigned (Salesforce field) and how many of those Sales Assigned became Sales Engaged (Salesforce field)? I am not sure if Marketo can track those specific metrics against each campaign.

You can add those custom fields to the RCE lead reports that are not there.  View the Sync Custom Fields to RCE presentation to learn how..
