Randomly allocate new leads between two flows?

I have two flows with the same overall goal, but using different strategies.

I want to compare performance between the two, by randomly allocating new leads to either one or the other.

How can I do this using rules or the API? I need it to be automatic, rather than needing to go into the UI and select things each time.

Your flow would go something like this:

If random sample is 50 (this is an added choice) assign to Person A.  The default would be to assign to Person B.

Thanks Tara,

Just to be clear, the "Assign To" option can assign a new lead into a drip email flow? (a sequence of emails, not assigning them to a specific sales person's account etc)

You can send a different email using the same process:

You can also use an email send program to test emails. you can test date/time, subject line, whole emails or from addresses by using this type of program.

Hope this helps!

You can also request different campaigns using a random sample in the flow step of your campaign.  Just remember a "campaign is requested trigger" must be added to the campaign you're trying to request.

Yes to what Tara said. Random Sample can be used in just about any flow step. Ideally what you would do is the Request Campaign version.

You can also use Random Sample to assign leads randomly to a list. There is great documentation on this function.

Thanks all.

Where can I find more info on the "Request Campaign" action?
