Radio Buttons Testing

Hi

Has anyone ever done testing betwen using radio buttons and using drop down menus? I've been trying to look for resources that show which is better to use in which circumstances and I've found a few articles online but I haven't been able to find some good tests that have been done. Anyone have experience with this?

Haven't done testing, but from what I've read and experienced, radio buttons are generally better if you're asking the user to select one out of a few choices (4 our less) - it reduces the number of clicks.

For everything else, select fields are better.
