FTR -- I'm sure this is already clear to you, Danielle, but for searchers in the future -- if you're using a subscription center that isn't technically tagged as the unsubscribe link, going to the sub center will be considered a click, even if it ends in an unsubscribe.

If you are not using Marketo's unsubscribe link, then you should include your own <a> tag with class="mktNoTrack" if you would like clicks to be untracked.

Good tip. Thanks Justin

It actually depends on how you have implemented your Unsubscribe process.

In my case, we have a custom flow to a Landing Page (due to the need for Language Preference Eng/Fr), on which the user can unsubscribe.

In this case, the clicks on our Unsubscribe link are counted as clicks.

These (in my case) do not show as true Unsubscribes.

Note: My team is actively working to correct this so we get true visibility to Unsubscribes!

Is there a quick way to check if I am currently using Marketo's unsubscribe button rather than a custom one?
