Quick Public Links to Registration / Invitation Lists for Sales People

Hi Team

Its very frustrating to keep having to download lists of Registrations or Invitations for Sales People. Is there a way, when we sync with SFDC, to push through the members tab or segment list with the program so that they can view it dynamically? would be a huge time saver!

Many Thanks.

Hi Ellie-
Do you have your programs directly synced to SFDC and do you have Member Progressions set up for your programs?

Reason I ask is I'm a bit confused by why you have to download the list of invitees or registrants as a separate step. If the program is directly connected to SFDC, it will bring all Program members over - and if you use Member Progressions (i.e. SFDC Campaign Member statuses), the invited and registrants will show by their SFDC Camapign Member status designation.

If you don't directly tie your MKTO program to SFDC, you could still sync down the invitees to the SFDC campaign - they would just not be respondents.

You can also expose a Marketo template (if you have the MSI) to sales to use directly in SFDC to invite - and if tell them to not change the subject line, you can directly add those people via a smart campaign as invitees directly into your program with a trigger looking for sent sales email subject line =

Hope this helps.

Brigid, is spot on here...all you should be doing is sending your Salesforce end-users a link to a Salesforce report filtered by member status (campaings with campaign members) based on the the programatic one-to-one mapping of Marketo programs to Salesforce campaigns.

What is key here is to send them this report a few dys prior to the go-live and allow them to remove people from programs. This is the basis for Marketing and Sales Allignment...
