Question, "Predictive Content in Email" availability.

Hi anyone,

As you know, Marketo has announced a new features as Fall 2016 release. but, recently, their new features is enable/disable based on our license contracts so I'm confused sometime.

The above Predictive Content in Email, is it available for all users? or required Web Personalized(RTP) service contract ? (maybe, required, right?)

Anyway, hopefully, Marketo will describe more user friendly release note since next time.

Hi Taishi,

RTP is required it appears for Predictive email unfortunately. Here is documentation from Product Docs saying RTP or Predictive Content must be purchased: Getting Started with Predictive Content - Marketo Docs - Product Docs .
