Question about Smart lists

If I created a smart list in Marketo with the filter "company name is" and pulled this smart list into the trigger, once I activate trigger will it continue to update and pull in the new contacts if I update the smart list with more companies?

    Just wanted to clarify, are you talking about smart lists themselves or the smart list part of a smart campaign? Can you share a screenshot of what you're referring to?
