Query : Add custom Activities

We are trying to hit API Add Custom Activities » Marketo Developers with valid input values. But we always get response Invalid activityTypeId.

We have custom objects access enabled for our instance. Do we need to have some access enabled to consume this API ? What might be the issue?

Any pointers will be helpful.

Hi Deepali,

Custom objects and custom activities are 2 different things. If you want to set up some custom activities, you need to ask Support to set one for you.

You need to have support create the activity type you want before you can use a custom activity type.
