Qucik question: Why Marketo changes existing lead owner in SFDC?

Since a couple of weeks Marketo changes the lead owner even for known leads which already had a lead owner. That's bad because the sales rep loose his lead to marketo.

To be more clear. Marketo changes from an existing lead owner to owner: Marketo.

We haven't observed that with our leads, so I don't think this is a bug.  Is there a Campaign Name associated with the Change Owner activity in your affected leads'  Activity Log where the owner is being changed to Marketo?

I know for us, all the lead routing happens in SFDC itself. So Marketo syncs it and assigns according to the rules we have set in SFDC. Could you have something going on there?
