Python SOAP API Client

Does anyone know of a pre-built Python client for the marketo soap api?  I've searched around via github and google and the best I could find is pymarketo (https://github.com/WebReply/pymarketo) which does not seem to be all that up-to-date or robust.  Anyone know of any other alternatives as opposed to rolling your own?

I don't know if it's worth mentioning it as it's and old message but I started working on suds-marketo if you are interested...
