Push to Sugar in Campaign Flow

We have integrated with our SugarCRM using the NEPO Connector. While going through the foundation training, in the lead life cyole section there was an option to push to SFDC in the flow. How do I set up that same process for Sugar?

I believe NEPO uses a paritcular field to set leads as being ready to be pushed to sales. Have you asked them about it?
