Pulling specific data from one smart list to automate an email campaign

I created a smart list to show me which accounts deleted company admins in the last 30 days. Now I want to email the remaining company admins or billing admins. Is there a way to pull the company name from the original smart list and email any other contacts from that account? We want to make this an automated program that will launch every few months or so.

Hi Mirella,

You can't reference a common field amongs smart list members in a smart list.

Here is what you can do. you'll have to pull a new smart list that looks for:

Filter 1: Company name is: use same list of companies used (you may have to export your other smart list and sort by company then pull those companies in to your new smart list filter)

Filter 2: Member of smart list not in [your first smart list name]

Unfortunately you'll have to pull the companies in each time you want to run the report.

Thanks,
Tara

Thanks Tara,

Had a strange feeling it wouldn't be possible to to make this an automated process. You've confirmed my suspicion!

I'll try your suggestions.

Thanks!
Mirella
