Pulling a list of all used fields in Marketo

Hey all,

Ive seen some older posts about this but wanted to see if there was anything more up to date. 

I was wondering if there is a way to pull a list of all used fields in a Marketo instance. My understanding is that this process is very manual and I would have to click into each field in Field Management to see this. Is there a more efficient way to do this?
