Pull information from one lead to be used in an email out to another lead?

Example three people, 3 staff have seperate employeenumbers, we want to send one of the three an email confirming the details of the other two in th ebody of the email, any help would be awesome !

Hi Brad, do you have Marketo linked to SFDC or something similar so that you might be able to populate the employee number in the account and then pull account details to an email? If so, you could potentially do this in an email using tokens -- but this could get messy if they are unique identifiers.

Otherwise, Marketo views all records individually, so I don't think you could pull in details from one record and mail to a different record.
