Progressive Profiling- Timing Question

Hi Folks,
Is there a way to control when the progressive profiling fields show up on a form? Essentially if a visitor has submitted the initial form in a web session, I would like the progressive profiling questions to show up only the next time they visit the website (i.e. in the next session) or after 24 hours of the first form submission. 

Any help is greatly appreciated:)

Depending on the order there are in and they are being used throught out your website, the next visit will show in the order they are in.

As suggested by Edward, Progressive Field would always show up in the order they're set. The next time the user visits the Form, the new fields would be shown. However, there's no option to start the fields to come up after 24 hours.
