Progressive Profiling - Second set of questions not showing up

I've set up a new form and added progressive profiling fields. I've embedded the form into a new landing page. 

On the landing page, the first two progressive profiling fields show up. I submit the form and everything seemed to work correctly. 

But then, when I returned to the landing page, I expected to see the next progressive profiling fields to show up but nothing's showing up. How can I get the next fields to show up?

Hi Scott,

When you say you embedded the form - is this on a Marketo landing page? If so, did you do so by dragging a form onto the page from the list of elements on the right, or did you embed the form's html code?

Yes, this is in a Marketo landing page. I dragged the form onto the page from the list of elements.

Hi Scott,

If the follow up page for the Form is the same Landing Page, then it won't ask the next two fields - until you refresh the landing page you are on (Assuming you're testing it and have left the form's follow up page to default - which is "Stay on Page")
