Progressive Profiling is Always On

Hi, 

Some forms I am working with have progressive profiling disabled...but for some reason act like a form that has this enabled. 

However, we are running into the issue where they shorter forms display in odd times and we don't get info for a necessary field...so in that case it's acting like a broken progressive profiling form. 

Any suggestions on how to get a form to always display the fields?

Can you edit the form and move the fields out of the progressive profiling box? Then turn off progressive profiling.

Unless you can show us a screenshot, I'm unsure why the profiling would "work" when it is "off".

Is it possible that you did not approve the Form or the landing page after the edit? You have to reapprove everything.
