Progressive Profiling - Caution when using Visibility Rules?

Hi all,

I noticed there's a caution with using progressive profiling when you have required fields, but is this also something to be aware of when using visibility rules?

*Email Address

(Progressive Profiling) Number of blank fields 2 or 3? Does either option present problems with location visibility rules listed below?
