Progressive profiling

Say you have progressive profiling on form with 10 field, and after the first visit, you've collected fields 1 thru 5.  

Then in between the first and second visit, a BDR manually populates a field #7. 

On the second visit, would Marketo present field #7 even though it already had a value?

It will not. Marketo reads the visitor's cookie and checks back to Marketo prior to building the page so any updates that have come down from Salesforce will deternin the form fields....
