Progression status updates for Email Program type

Hi, Can anyone confirm when using an email program, does the progression status automatically update to 'sent email'? Or is it still required to set up a flow action to mark a contact as being 'sent' the email?

no, it won't update on its own. You'll have to set up a flow action for this.

    good rule of thumb: you have to set up a flow for everything in Marketo- nothing is automatic:)
