Progression Status Updates Error

Are you trying to update the status with a status that comes before the current status? If so, those won't change. If not, I would try asking Support.

It's a new program with just simple email status of click, opened, sent. I keep getting a pop up when i try and sort ascending or descending based on their status.

States the report could not be loaded and the error was sent to Marketo.

Hi Tim,

If the error has an image of a bandaid on it then this is an internal error that support can troubleshoot and escalate for engineering investigation if required.

Can you log a case and include a link to the program and steps to reproduce the error?
