Progress Bar Forms

Would love to see if this has been implemented by anybody. If not I would love to see it used in Marketo.

It can be done with Marketo forms looping from one to another, the progress bar is just a graphic.

Marketo forms aren't generally long enough to need a progress bar, and that sort of form (not letting a user know there are multiple steps) can sometimes have a negative effect. At least it did for me...I clicked those first three questions, and when I saw there were more, I abandoned it.
