Program success reports

Hi,

I am trying to find out why our program success are not showing up in the reports. Is there specific items that must be included when creating a program in order for success to appear in analytics and revenue cycle explorer?

Hi Danielle,
A program must have a Period Cost to show up in Revenue Cycle Explorer. 

Successes shuold automatically show up in the Program Performance Report, even without a Period Cost.

Is your date range excluding some of the programs? I would recommend to  change the Date of Activity to All Time.

Also make sure you don't add a period cost of $0. It's mathmatically impossible to devide by 0. So add at least $1 for a cost period.
