Program status skipping

Hi - I have set up various default programs with subsequent SCs to record and track success.The SCs are working as they should with members as a result of form fills, however no members are showing in the actual program. When looking at the SC results, 'change program status' is being skipped. Any idea why this may be?

Hi Ellie,

Does the lead activity log show a reason for this? It may say it cannot be changed to a previous status or similar.

If you can add a screenshot or 2 of the flow step to change status and the skip being recorded I can take a peek to see if I can suggest anything.

    Thanks Adele, as per your suggestion it was 'doing nothing' under the default choice so think I've figured it out! Always the simplest answers that I seem to miss!
