Program Sending Incorrect Email and Syncing to Wrong SFDC campaign

I have a program setup for an ebook and when I complete the form on the landing page to test it, I am receiving the autoresponder email from our previous ebook campaign and I am being added to the previous ebook campaign in SFDC. When I look at the setup, it is showing everything is listed correctly. HELP!!

How is your previous ebook campaign set? Is that still active? Seems like your form is tied to another smart campaign that is running this flow to send your other email and add to campaign or I know you checked this, but it could be your rules.

Are you calling in your campaign a form submit from xyz form on lp xyz -> flow send email add to sfdc campaign?

you must use Fills Out Form X on Page Y, I suspect you did not update the flow after cloning it or your other flow also only looks at Form.
