Program Search Functionality Not Functioning

When I try to search for a program, Marketo freezes and displays this message:

Why is this happening? I am unable to find programs that need to be updated. This is a critical function for our business and failure is not an option. If anyone else is working for a company that is trying to make money, you will understand that if programs are not run correctly, quotas will not be met and employees will be replaced with people that can do the job correctly. We are expendable, the system and data are not.
