Program Performance Success Benchmarks

I was wondering if there's anyone here that has any benchmarks on success rates for program performance. We recently started using Marketo and when looking at our Program Performance Report, our average success rate was only 11%.

In one of the sessions from the summit they suggested that you use your own stats as benchmarks. It's hard to figure out benchmarks with all of the different industries etc, so they said that this way you can see your own personal growth and go by that.

I'd suggest you download the ppt from the session on Marketo Reporting from the Summit! Hope that helps!
