Program Performance Report

In the Program Performance report, how is the 'Total Members' column header being calculated? It seems like this should be how many people were initially included in the program (sent the email, etc.), but is this only the people who acheived "success" ?

Program Total Members should be everyone who is currently a member at any status.

If your Program Statuses are set to be all Success, then Total Members=Success. Normally this is unlikely.

Try refreshing? Maybe check out the Program in question as it sounds like there was an error or unusual situation.
