Program Opportunity subscription

Hi,

I am trying to create report subscription for a couple of program opportunity reports, however am keep getting an error, when I try to run those subscriptions.

The emails in the subscription window do generate for other RCE reports like the Program Cost Analysis. Is there some setting that needs to be turned on in the Program Opportunity reporting?
