Program Opportunity Reporting - no visibility to pipeline before opportunity Closed

Hi everyone, how do you deal with showing the full program influenced pipeline as the RCA program report only show Won MT before Op Closed or MT Pipeline before Op Created - we don't have that visibility into the MT credit of the opportunities that were created before the success but not yet Won ?
