Excited about the addition of new Program Member Custom Fields!

Question - can these be utilized in SFDC, such as on the campaign member level?

For example, it would be great to update utm_medium for a program in Marketo and have that sync to a SFDC campaign member field.

I'm struggling a bit with the sync between PMCF and Salesforce Campaign member fields. Trying to make it work, seems promising.
