Program import is taking much time

Hello,
When we are trying to import program to QA from Sandbox, its taking much time. 
Any ways -  how to improve this ?

Message shows "Queued" for more than two hours and no success mail. 
Its simple POC program.

Open a support ticket

As @Jep Castelein​ indicated, you might want to try and open a support ticket. To do this.

- Click on Products and Support in the Header

- Click on Support

- In the middle of the page you can open a case.
