Program Import - Emails and Forms are Duplicating
I am currently importing programs from one marketo instance to another and the forms and email templates are duplicating. How do I stop this from happening?
Our CNAME's are different in the instances at this time b/c we are going to flip the switch on Friday, so that our new instance CNAME will be reflective of the old instance. My goal now is to get everything imported into the new intance so we are ready for the go-live.
I have a template in my design studio in the new instance. But when I import a program, it is importing the emails associated with that program into the design studio and renaming them like such:
Email Template
Email template - 1
Email template - 2
Does this have something to do with the conflict rules set up?
