How can I know the ID/name of the program?

The ID will be in the URL.

In the Legacy UI it's in the hash, the first numeric sequence (5758 in this case):

In Sky UI it's an explicit part of the hash-path::

Don't know what you mean about knowing the name, you have to know either the Program Name or ID.
