Program Channel Performance Report

Hi -- I'm starting to use the program channel performance report and some of the numbers are not making sense to me. For example: we have 51 people in two different program statuses. Both theses statuses are listed as program successes. However, the report has 55 listed in the success column.  Does any know why?

can you show us a screenshot?
are these people in two different programs?

The discrepancy is in one program. I highlighted it in yellow below. Thanks in advance for your insight.
