Program Analyzer - Channel not right

Hi I am new to Program Analyzer, We do not have Revenue cyle model.

I am trying to select Channel > it only shows email & blog.

How can I havea full view of all my other channels e.g. website, google analytics, webinars etc

Please help

Do your programs that use the other channels have a period cost applied to them in their setup?

As Cathal pointed out, the Program Analyzer will only show the channels of the programs that have at least one period cost.  If for some reason your programs don't have a cost, then entering a cost of $0 is fine.

Any Help on how to setup up cost for programs ? Are there any materials or guide out there ?
