Problems with scareware email template

Has anyone else experienced problems with the scareware email template? Sometimes it looks good in the tests, other times the spacing/formatting is off and things aren't lining up. Also, I've been having problems when I edit emails that use this template. When I re-open it to make edits, the images are now showing up twice even though I have added only 1 image:

When I send out a test, only 1 image is showing, but I'm confused why 2 are in the email when I edit it.

Anyone having similiar issues? Could there be a possible bug in the template?

That is likely to be caused by mismatching opening/closing tags or divs.

http://validator.w3.org/ and/or http://tools.arantius.com/tabifier would help to identify the cause.
