Problems exporting list

Hello,

I'm having problems exporting a list of qualified people to an excel sheet.

After clicking "Export" in this window Marketo loads for awhile but then there's no answer.

Can you help me?

Do you have pop-ups blocked? After the export is ready, a pop up to Download the export will open in the upper right corner.

I've pop-ups blocked all the time and this always worked.

Changed it to "allowed" now and tried again and it's still not working.

So after you try to export, you do not see anything popping up from Marketo in the top nav? What is the list size?
