Problems Creating Marketo-Salesforce Sync Account

I am on step 5.2 of the integrating with Salesforce tutorial, but find when I click on the "User License" drop down menu, I am not given the option of choosing "Salesforce" as instructed.

Wondering if I've missed a step, and looking for guidence.

Looks like you don't have any additional Salesforce seats provisioned. I believe you'll have to go provision an additional seat through your rep before you can proceed.
