Problem wit export and double bytes characters

Chinese characters are fine in Marketo however when I export the list. The cvs file has corrupted characters even if the file is in UTF-8.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Wilfrid,

can't you save the excel as a  Unicode text (*txt) extension (-> Save As -> Unicode text).

Hi Wilfrid

Having the same issue but with French accents. It corrupts on export to CSV, but not on export to tab delimited. How annoying...
