Problem importing list

Been trying to upload a csv list but when I choose the file to upload, there seems to be a problem in step 2 under Sample Value - I see about 50 'New Information' fields all the way down the screen - and the next button doesn't work.

Anyone ever have this problem.

Carla,

Can you go back to the CSV file (or original XLS) and review the Column Names and data shown? It sounds like you have a lot of fields to update or a weird character somewhere which could cause this.

Remember to save this as a regular CSV, not any other weird options like CSV Mac or CSV Windows, etc.

Also test this under a different browser.

You may also want to delete the 50 or so blank columns immediately following the last column with data in your CSV file, save the file and try importing it again.  Sometimes this can clear up the problem.
