prevent duplicate content offers in nurture
Hello,
I am building my nurture streams and have a few questions on email use. I understand a person won't receive the same email twice. My questions are -
1. If two months after nurture is launched, I want to switch out an email and promote another piece of content. How would I use the same email in nurture to prevent a person from receiving it twice? Should I "move" that asset into the EP?
2. If I edit it, does the email ID change?
I'm just trying not to send a person the same content offer twice if they already downloaded it from a prior campaign, social or from the website. I was instructed not to use programs in engagement and not sure it's possible to do this without. Please let me know if I should change and use nested programs.
