Prevent Certain Email Addresses From Being In the From or Reply To

Hello,

We are trying to implement a global process to ensure that the email addresses of our executives are never used in the From or Reply To sections of our outbound communications.  While we can make this a standard process, wondering if there is a way to actually get the system to prevent those email addresses from being used?
