Hi Lisa, they're sort of just a fact of life, but you can have different triggered campaigns that will delete some of them. You would ideally want to figure out if there are certain characteristics such as no email address, or junk strings. You can then either send them to a list for manual review, or just have them deleted automatically.

We do a few things automatically to cut down on volume, but unfortunately anything that blocks them perfectly will make it annoying and/or block some good leads.
I like Dory's suggestion of looking for patterns and putting them in some special list to pull them out.

There are two ways the prevent bots to some exent 1. Use Honey pots 2. Use Captcha
If you have many bots its better to send a email to everyone asking them to confirm. Weired thing about bots is that few emails might be a real user mail id !
