Hi - wanted to double check - does pre-population only work on HTML emails -not text?

Yes Tokens used for both HTML and Txt emails. Sorry, You threw me off with the phrase 'Pre-Population', I only hear that term used with forms and landing pages.

Not sure what do you mean here. Are you referring to Marketo Forms on Landing Pages?

Marketo drops a cookie to the visitor, once a form is completed and the visitor returns to a LP with a form, the collected data so far will pre-populate if the pre filled fields are displyed again.

Email clients wont allow forms to be displayed in emails.

I believe by pre-population (within the context of Marketo), you mean to add tokens in emails. Yes, tokens can be used- both in HTML and text emails, which serve the purpose of pre-population.

Yes I mean when sending emails with a pre population token added to the link - thanks Alok - Edward do you agree?
