Predictive Content - Rich Media Bar Error

In Marketo's Predictive Content section, I am trying to enable Rich Media content. I have filled in the title, URL, image URL, description and selected the 'Enabled for Rich Media' checkbox, however, I keep seeing the following two errors:

I am having this issue a lot over the past few days. Can anyone shine some light on how to fix this?
