Posting custom forms to Marketo database

We have custom web forms on our site, and have been using the API to post leads to a Marketo form.

We were using this endpoint which was working as of last week. 

"/index.php/leadCapture/save"

Is there a new endpoint value that should be in place if this was deprecated?
