Post all scheduled events to Web page calendar?

I'm looking for a way to post all of our events to a public facing calendar. The idea being is that our customers can select from the calendar the events they want to attend. Since we do a large number of events we don't want to manually populate a calendar. Anyone know of a way to grab our events and display them for the public on a simple calendar? It could be through a launchpoint app if there is one. I've looked and haven't found a way as of this minute to do it easily.
