Possible way to retrieve fields from particular form on Marketo

Hi guys!

I have created Company -> Program -> Landing page -> My Form
How could I retrive fields that containes on My Form?
There is present several APIs. But I'm not sure which of them allows you to work with form fields. As I saw in discussions here no way to work with form fields by SOAP API. Is there any way to get fields from particular Marketo form?

Currently, there is no API that would tell what fields are associated with a specific form. 

The Describe REST API tells you all the lead fields available (including custom ones) in Marketo.
